In-person ceremony facilitation, or one-on-one integration coaching alone — grounded support to help you carry the clarity, insight, or difficulty from a psychedelic experience into steady, lasting change.

Currently training in a dedicated facilitator certification program, building on my existing integration coaching practice.
My own life has been radically improved by psychedelic medicine. It wasn't a clean or easy path — I made real mistakes along the way, moved faster than I should have in places, and went without support I needed in others. That path is exactly why I do this work now.
I wholeheartedly believe the world is better when more people can access these tools — and when that access is paired with real integration support, so the insight doesn't just fade or get mishandled. I want the people I work with to benefit from psychedelic medicine without stumbling the way I did.
My approach is practical rather than mystical: we talk plainly about what came up, what it might mean for how you're living, and what small, concrete shifts would make that meaning stick.
A psychedelic experience can surface real insight — about a relationship, a pattern, a loss, a direction you've been avoiding. Integration is the deliberate work of turning that insight into how you actually live. Without it, even a profound experience can fade into a memory instead of a turning point.
We slow down and unpack what happened — the images, feelings, or realizations — without rushing to a tidy conclusion.
Not every insight is meant to be acted on immediately. We sort out what's worth carrying forward and what can be set down.
We turn the meaningful parts into concrete, sustainable changes — in relationships, habits, or how you spend your time.
Facilitation includes the ceremony itself, held in person, along with the coaching that surrounds it. Integration coaching alone is that same coaching support — without the facilitation or ceremony portion — for those processing an experience they had elsewhere.
Conducted in person, start to finish.
We talk through what you already know about psychedelics, your experience with them so far, what drew you to the medicine, and what kind of support you're hoping to receive.
A more detailed written intake so I have a full picture of your background and intentions before we plan anything further.
We get specific — what you want the ceremony to look like, timing, and what location would be most supportive for you. From there, we book the ceremony.
We meet in person at the agreed-upon location and hold the ceremony according to what we planned together.
Three days to a week after the ceremony, we meet to digest the experience and talk through how best to carry it forward.
The coaching portion, without facilitation or ceremony.
A short conversation to talk about your experience and what brought you here, so we can figure out if working together makes sense.
Regular sessions to unpack the experience, sort out what's worth carrying forward, and build it into how you actually live.
